Where are My Tickets?

Once you've placed your order you'll receive a confirmation email that serves as your ticket.

If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours or if you have placed an order on the day of the event and are concerned that time is short please first double check any junk or spam email folders before contacting us.

Please bring either a digital or printed copy of your ticket as proof of purchase. Hard copy tickets can also be bought from 'Today's local on Colyton Way, The Mad Duck Café and the Primary school.  â€‹

What if it rains?

If it rains on the night, unfortunately you might get wet. This being the UK in Autumn we advise waterproofs and sturdy shoes just in case. You are not entitled to a refund if you choose not to attend because the weather is bad. If the weather is so bad that we have to cancel the event we'll announce it as soon as possible on this website and our facebook page and also refund your full ticket payment. Cancellation for any reason will be at the sole discretion of the event organisers.

 

What age does a child ticket mean?

For the purposes of buying tickets we describe a child as anyone over the age of 2 and under the age of 18. If you are 2 years old or younger you can come in for free. Over 18's fall under the adult ticket price.

Is it OK to bring my dog?

Sorry, no dogs allowed. 

 

I'm a blue badge holder. is there disabled parking?

Yes, we have limited space for blue badge holders. Please contact us in advance to arrange parking close to the event.

 

I'm not a blue badge holder. Can I park close to the event?

No, sorry, only legitimate blue badge holders will be allocated parking places at Mapledurham Lock. Everyone else is advised and encouraged to walk, cycle or use public transport if at all possible.

 

What if I miss my dinner?

Don't panic. There will be a variety of hot food stalls where you can buy meals and snacks, including vegetarian options.

There will also be doughnuts and sweet treats for the kids (or adults!). There is also a licenced bar!

NOTE: All products have been sourced from local retailers and may contain allergens (eggs, dairy, soya, nuts, wheat, etc) If in doubt please check with the individual vendors.

Are sparklers allowed?

No sorry, we don't allow sparklers onto the site for health & safety reasons but there are is a stall where a variety of glow novelties can be bought.
